Daniel Edmund Harrington

Danny, When I think of you, so many memories go through my mind since December of 2011, when you showed up at my door in Tacoma. I was so happy to see you after seven years of being apart... "My, I have a good looking son!" Even though you were a lot taller, you were still my "little helper." When we were at the domestic violence shelter in Hermiston, got lost the first night we got there, and ended up sleeping on a big gravel pile huddling close together to stay warm in freezing cold temperatures, you kept me warm. Then we laughed about it later because the D.V. shelter was right up the street the whole time! I think of you doing your best Eminem imitation, right down to his facial expressions, word for word. Then you changed to listening to Yellow Wolf as we walked and rolled to the store. We prayed together. We cried together. We were always together. I love you Danny and I miss you every day. Like the song says, "Only The Good Die Young." Love, Mom
